Dear Presidents and leaders of amateur sports associations in the province of Siracusa. May I remind you that next Monday February 2nd is called the ordinary shareholders elected to renew the provincial council FIDAL of Syracuse.

I think, from my point of view, this is a unique opportunity for our amateur associations to have a voice within the provincial council in order to count for something, not to be placed in a corner as we were up now, but rather to be an active part of the Federation.

There is a concrete possibility (and the numbers prove it) can have up to three directors on the board amateurs, but on condition that all the amateur associations go to the polls for our candidate 3 (Giancarlo Bertini, Tona and Fiorenzo Rino Messina), or at least, if unable to delegate this to some other president or director of another association amateur.

We can, by joining forces and ideas in the Lead for the encouragement of youth groups promoting the inclusion of the categories-beginner students and cadets within our Association Agreement, as far as possible within amateur races reserved for the battery youth.

We have shown in recent years to be a valid field with the continuous increase of both participants in the activity both in terms of membership, but most of all we found good organizations and the Provincial Grand Prix is \u200b\u200bthe proof.

But we still have plenty of room for improvement and we can demonstrate a more active role in the provincial council if we can bring our ideas and our experiences.

According to yet because we continue to make the distinction between amateur clubs and absolute as if both do not belong to the same association. This makes me think that the problem is not someone to restore athletics to its rightful place as queen of the sport now seems more a Cinderella to be good, but the priority is to resize if you do not get rid of the amateurs. I would like to make a few comments in our province, unfortunately, there are few skilled technicians and therefore the few athletes who can go on until you get tired of moving from one country to another for training as it must, almost completely missing the instructors in the various countries of the province, whose task would be to start the kids athletics. So I hope that anyone who presents himself for the presidency, does so with a clearly defined program to be presented to the voters with a clear idea of \u200b\u200bgoing in the direction of the common interest, with no intention of throwing someone off the moving train Otherwise we are back to square one. From my point of view, the priority should be given to the promotional sector and youth to follow, leaving the absolute amateurs the chance to manage it as done so far but in full compliance with the rules, perhaps by pulling advertising from the various countries in which they organize the events. I thank my friend coach for giving me the idea for this letter. And I hope not to have troubled the mind of anyone, as my only and true intention is to put an end to the confrontation that leads nowhere.

has just ended, with the final awards ceremony on Sunday in Solarino, the Third Provincial Grand Prix riding and driving on track and road 2008. The common goal is, recited by all, to improve through the experience, the organization of the upcoming sporting events, including the fourth grand prix that is in gestation, and like others I want to express some very personal suggestions: Committee Provincial FIDAL should, through an official statement to the organizers of the demonstrations in order to avoid massive confusion and misunderstandings, explain:

a) Arrangements for the record;

b) what is included in the fee award;

c) Who are the judges;

d) what role do they play;

s) as they are appointed;

f) who are the keepers;

g) who are appointed;

h) those who pays.

the organizing committee of the fourth grand prix suggest:

1) regardless of the races on the calendar, those useful for the final results must not exceed 60%, otherwise you risk having a ceremony with no more than fifteen athletes

2) find a way to add, the final ranking, a score of athletes who engage in half-marathon and marathon.
