The sports area is located in Braccagni outside the village, in the triangle formed by the Via Aurelia and the road south of the Provincial Bozzone, with an overlooking open countryside.

Today the real areas where the activities are carried out are limited, because these are only the main field and one of the buildings used for storage and changing rooms. All other areas were neglected because of their non-use.
is to be noted that the municipal administration of Grosseto has planned three-year plan of public works, added to the list of actions to be implemented in 2010, the execution of the roof of a skating rink for an amount of 300 000 Euro and maintenance changing rooms overlooking, thereby enabling the redevelopment of the area located west of the complex.
The need for action shared by the community
During the drafting of the Regulations of the Urban Municipality of Grosseto has been undertaken, by 'Administration, a phase of listening and participation of citizens in the villages. The only spaces for the community are the gardens inside the country and those close to the church, but do not create a true urban center of cultural exchange.
The philosophy of the proposed intervention is precisely to make up for the lack of public spaces, designed in a modern and linking them to sports, recreational and cultural activities of the whole country.
The ambition of the project is to provide the community with a sequence of events, through which we can enrich and grow socially, and recognize in a local identity that will lead to an entrenchment of emotions, feelings and behavior.
Actions planned for the redevelopment area are:
- at sport and recreation and cultural center "Bank of the Maremma"
- soccer field Description (size 30 mx 50 m)
Exams at the sports center "Bank of the Maremma"
Intervention will be provided at the top of the sports area, near the property boundary and in line with the skating rink. The building will be built in a rectangular plan with dimensions of 17 x 15 meters, thus developing a usable area of \u200b\u200b255 square meters for a plan of elevation, maximum 4.5 meters in height, as follows:
- a function room of about 180 square meters to serve the various cultural activities in the village or any initiative on the part of the population, such as birthdays, parties, and corporate dinners. The hall also will serve as a meeting place for young and old in the summer and assume the role of living for the festival of the country, with the help of tents set up by nell'intorno, can meet a requirement of the evening about 200 - 300.
- A kitchen with storage for about 45 square meters
- Toilets for disabled men and women about 30 square meters.

Soccer field
At the rear of the stands can be a synthetic soccer field seven players the size of 30 m to 50 m.
This will serve both as a field for training of various teams of the company, allowing the best maintenance of the main field in grass, and as financial resources derived from renting the same, useful for creating that expendable micro credit for the costs of management of the entire system.
