Introduction
The thesis deals with the study, analysis and the hypothesis of the redevelopment project and repopulation of city centers and Montegiovi Montelaterone, located in the western side of Monte Amiata.
The study was set taking into account the peculiar characteristics of the area, thus creating the charter of the territorial capital, which will serve as the basis for upgrading the area.
The work was divided into two parts: the first concerns the study of the area, concentrating on a larger scale (25000-10000) agricultural resources, forestry, architectural, landscape and social-economic, and trying to synthesize as a heritage of the territory.
The second part concerns the urban area and its immediate surroundings.
Again, using the previous analysis, taken at a smaller scale, and enhancing the architectural and urban analysis, the paper is well written summary outlining what is urban heritage from which to draw those resources on which to rely restore the synergies within the country and those of the surrounding area, thus reactivating the "life" urban.
